How many social media sites do you belong to? Is your profile highlighting your professional reputation? Have you ever done a Google search for yourself and monitored your personal online identity? In this session we will discuss what it means to have an online reputation, the different social media websites that are out there and discuss strategies to ensure the information people see about you is the image you want to portray. We will discuss why this is important and what you can do to protect yourself. Featured websites to be discussed will be Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. You will walk away with the tools, knowledge and resources (handouts) to improve your online reputation.
This session will be held in a computer lab, so it can be more hands on. You are also welcome to bring a laptop if you prefer. Wireless internet access will be available.

She has extensive experience in public relations, public speaking and marketing strategies while relationship building with colleagues, clients and across organizations and teams to exceed business goals.
